What We Do

Cappella Property is a New Zealand owned company specialising in the identification, preparation and development of landholdings for commercial and residential property uses.

Integral to our approach is a deep understanding of the property market developed over many years of experience. This provides us with the right combination of due diligence skills and sector knowledge to identify and assess the attributes of a site as a development opportunity and as a long-term asset for the local community.

As a big believer in collaboration, we draw upon our strong relationships forged with experts in their respective fields, from architects and engineers to urban designers, from geo-tech to ecologists to produce high-quality outcomes that meet the needs of development partners, homeowners and retail tenants.

Development types we specialise in

We take pride in developing land that results in a subdivision with a range of distinct features and amenities for the residents. We recognise the value Kiwis place on outdoor spaces and natural settings in particular and can point to a solid track record in enhancing and restoring natural watercourses, replenishing native bush and creating walking tracks and parks, for the benefit of residents and local communities.

As part of our approach to the development of convenience retail centres we take pride in identifying stellar locations and ensuring the mix of tenants is right and targeted towards servicing the local population.

We drive the planning, design and build of commercial retail centres to ensure the whole development works together and is complementary, whether it is food based or convenience services and ensure a comprehensive offering.

We have established strong relationships with a number of national childcare providers and work closely with them to identify locations that meet their requirements and develop centres for them.

We have a strong appreciation for the regulated nature of the sector and are well versed in delivering developments that fit within the necessary safety guidelines whilst also providing a level of amenity and facilities beyond the typical childcare centre.
